About Us
Total Response is a limited company. Although it is owned by Shropshire Housing Group, it is run as an independent company.
As well as providing maintenance, repairs and other property services to all members of the Group, TRL also provides a range of services for private customers, on a ‘for profit’ basis. The profits gained are retained within the Group.
The workforce of skilled tradesmen include electricians, gas fitters and plumbers, In order to maximise efficiency and to ensure that planned work and any associated problems are dealt with in one visit, most of the workforce is trained and proficient in more than one skill.
Services include:
- Corgi registered plumbing;
- Electrical works;
- Decorating;
- Home Improvements.
The Board of Total Response Limited comprises 5 directors: one appointed by SSHA, one appointed by Shropshire Housing Ltd and the Managing Director and Head of Property at SSHA.
