About Us
Total Response is a Limited Company. Although it is owned by Shropshire Housing Group, it is run as an independent company.
As well as providing maintenance, repairs and other property services to all members of the Group, TRL Ltd also provides a range of services for private customers, on a ‘for profit’ basis. The profits gained are retained within the Group.
The workforce of skilled tradesmen include electricians, gas fitters, plumbers, carpenters and bricklayers. In order to maximise efficiency and to ensure that planned work and any associated problems are dealt with in one visit, most of the workforce is trained and proficient in more than one skill.

- Decorating.
- Home Improvements.
- Gas Servicing.
- Aids and Adaptations.
- Tarmacing and kerb work.
- Ground work.
The Board of Total Response Limited comprises of 5 directors: one appointed by SSHA, one appointed by Shropshire Housing Ltd, one appointed by Meres and Mosses Housing Association, and the Chief Executive of Shropshire Housing Group.
