About Us
Total Response is a Limited Company owned by Shropshire Housing Group but run as an independent company.
As well as providing maintenance, repairs and other property services to all members of the Group, TRL Ltd also provides a range of services for private customers, on a ‘for profit’ basis. The profits gained are retained within the Group. The workforce of skilled tradesmen include electricians, gas fitters, plumbers, carpenters and bricklayers. In order to maximise efficiency and to ensure that planned work and any associated problems are dealt with in one visit, most of the workforce is trained and proficient in more than one skill.

Gas Servicing Aids and Adaptations.
